After a trial involving UK users for the last six months, Netflix says it's making the top 10 lists permanent.
It's a way for Netflix subscribers to see which films or shows are most popular among users in their country. The feature has been trialled on UK and Mexican users and will now be rolled out to all users.
The top 10 row - complete with its own special design - will enable users to see what is most popular on Netflix in the country where your subscription is based. It will be updated every day and the position of the row will vary, according to Netflix, "depending on how relevant the shows and films are to you."

Shows and films that make these lists will also have a special “Top 10” badge, wherever they appear on Netflix. That way you can easily see what’s in the zeitgeist, whether you’re browsing by genre or through your personal list - or when searching for specific shows or films.
