All of Sky's new factual channels will launch on the same day, it has been confirmed.
As previously announced, Sky is revamping its entire factual channel portfolio this spring, with new channels Sky Documentaries and Sky Nature joining the rebranded joint venture services Sky History and Sky History 2 (currently 'History and 'History 2').
It has now been confirmed that all changes, including the launch of Sky Nature, will take place on Tuesday 7th April 2020, when there will be a reshuffle of Sky's entertainment and factual channels on its Electronic Programme Guide. Sky Documentaries is due to launch on channel 114, but a channel number for Sky Nature is yet to be confirmed.
All channels will be available via Sky and Now TV, which includes BT TV users on one of its new subscription packages. Availability of the full suite of channels on Virgin Media and elsewhere is yet to be confirmed.
