That's going to change this May, when DAZN (pronounced "Dazone") makes
its UK debut. However, unlike in other countries, where the company
holds the rights to top flight football - including the Champions League
in some places, DAZN UK will initially focus on boxing.

The move comes just a month after ITV pulled its own boxing-focused pay-per-view service.
DAZN will launch on Saturday 2nd May with the middleweight bout Canelo v
Saunders, although a select number of users will be invited to beta
test the service before the official launch.
The UK launch is part of a wider expansion of DAZN in over 200 countries
worldwide. Interested customers are being invited to sign up for further information via the website.
There's speculation the arrival of the service in the UK could act as a launchpad for DAZN to move towards securing live Premier League football when the next rights round takes place covering three seasons starting August 2022. It's already given Sky and Eurosport a headache in Germany, where it snatched a number of sporting rights from the established broadcasters.
DAZN will hope to avoid the fate of UK-based streaming rival Eleven Sports, which failed to gain traction in the UK market, despite holding the rights to live coverage from a number of top leagues and closed its UK subscription service last year. Eleven failed to secure carriage on cable and satellite services, leaving many without any means to access the service on their main TV set. DAZN hasn't yet disclosed which devices and platforms will support its streaming service in the UK.
