Virgin Media opens up another 17 channels

Basic tier TV customers at Virgin Media are getting even more free channels added.

Channels such as Alibi, Animal Planet, Eden, History and National Geographic will be available to all TV customers from Friday.

Programme highlights across these channels include Shakespeare & Hathaway (Alibi), Cosmos: Possible Worlds and Wicked Tuna (National Geographic), Vikings and Forged in Fire (History). The channels will be available to all Virgin Media TV customers until 16th May 2020.

Virgin Media is also giving its customers free access to its ‘Get Fit Today’ app until 30th April which has a range of workouts from Andreia Brazier, a four times Fitness Model World Champion.

Virgin Media has already given all of its TV customers access to extra children's, entertainment and Sky channels during the lockdown.

These are the channels that have been made available today until 16th May to all Virgin Media TV customers:

The ‘Get Fit Today’ app can be found in the Apps & Games section on the Tivo and V6 set top box and is free for all customers until 30th April.
