Virgin opens up Sky channels to all TV customers

The great Virgin Media channel giveaway continues: this time, Sky's entertainment channels are being unlocked to all customers.

Sky One, Sky Comedy, Sky Witness and Sky Sports Mix are among the channels to be available to all Virgin Media UK customers from Good Friday through to 9th May 2020.

This will give all customers access to shows including Hitmen, Bulletproof 2 (Sky One), Ballers, Curb your Enthusiasm (Sky Comedy), The Rookie and Grey’s Anatomy (Sky Witness).

So far this month, Virgin Media UK has given away access to extra children's channels as well as a selection of premium entertainment channels from the likes of Discovery and UKTV, as the nation remains under restriction of movement.

While those on the most basic subscription tiers are benefitting the most from the free channels, those on higher subscription tiers, which already include many or all of the channels being given away might be less pleased.
