Some TV and broadband charges are going up on the 1st April, while some Sky Talk rates will increase on the 1st May 2020.
However, the full scale of the changes, including the exact amounts are yet to be confirmed.
Sky is already indicating that its "essential" broadband product will be increasing in price in April. No price changes have been advertised for its fibre-based broadband products.
Sky Talk landline users without inclusive call packages are being advised the standard landline call rate per minute will be increasing on 1st May 2020, but are yet to be told by how much.
Meanwhile, across its TV packages, Sky Entertainment's out-of-contract price will increase by £2 to £29, while the Sky Q Experience option will increase by an as yet undefined amount from 1st April 2020.
With Sky offering a plethora of new introductory, retention and legacy deals, not all customers are expected to be affected in the same way. Sky customers that are to be affected by the various changes should expect to receive an email in the coming weeks detailing any increases applicable to the products they subscribe to once all the exact amounts have been confirmed.

Earlier this month, Sky made changes for its new broadband customers. Anyone joining from 4th February 2020 will see their Sky Hub loaned to them at no extra cost, in a change to the previous terms and conditions. It has to be returned at the end of the subscription. This mirrors a move made by BT at the end of 2019.
