Dplay, Discovery's live and on-demand streaming service, has increased its availability.
The service has now got a dedicated app on Apple TV in the UK. It's part of a quiet roll-out across a number of platforms since its UK debut last autumn, when it replaced QuestOD. Apple TV users have previously been advised to use Airplay to access Dplay.
Dplay UK gives access to live streams of Discovery's UK free-to-air channels including Quest HD, HGTV, Food Network and Really as well as their programmes on catch-up.
Dplay is available on mobiles, tablets and desktops as well as via Chromecast and now Apple TV in the UK. Before Christmas, Dplay on-demand content was added to Sky. Other platforms including Freeview Play have been promised for the future.
