Amazon Music Videos activated on Fire TV

After enabling users to stream their favourite songs on an unlimited basis, Amazon has now made music videos available for some UK users.

Amazon Music Unlimited customers can now watch music videos via the Fire TV app, enabling customers to curate their own mix of music videos, providing a further alternative to traditional music channels on the big screen.

Amazon says it will be making music videos available via its music apps on other device platforms in due course - until then only audio is available.

Amazon's move to include music videos to the service first went public late last year, when a licence amendment was revealed to a number of websites uncovering Amazon's plans.

The ecommerce giant is currently offering a three month free trial of its Music Unlimited service in the UK.
